The Whiteaways Arcade - this two-storey colonial building located on Beach Street (Lebuh Pantai) was originally constructed in the 1903. The property takes it name from one of its original occupants, Whiteways & Laidlaw General Store. Today, this heritage building has been restored and fitted with retail shops, eateries and coffee shops, its a charming space for performances and also there’s an area for art exhibitions, fashion shows and music events.
